Love the layout, not the binding
I switched from a passion planner to the self-care planner and I love the layout, the prompts, and the gentle reminders to keep self-care top of mind. I enjoy filling out the monthly reflections and tracking my progress on a weekly basis. My only small complaint is the binding. I’m personally not a fan because the pages tend to move around, misalign, and is more likely to compromise the integrity of the pages until it looks like a disorganized mess. I also wish the planner came with some bookmarks to easily flip to the current month and the current week. It’s just a bit of a hassle to find or to have to get your own bookmark. I might purchase again but only if there is bookbinding to hold all the pages together neatly.
Not a planner person and I like it
I love the idea of planners and thought I’d never use it. This edition allows me to not check on it every single day. I get some quiet moments and write goals and gratitude for my day/week. It feels good but not like more work. I’ve been recommending it everywhere. I wish there was a way to get matching accessories like paper clips to mark my spot, or a cute pen on your second order.

My goal for 2022 was to focus back in on a regular self-care routine. I'm a therapist and a doctoral student, so I know how important self-care is, but like everyone I can struggle with consistency when things get hectic. I turned to a planner as I realized the last time I tracked my self-care I was much more consistent. This planner has been great! It's only been a few weeks, but I've been consistently hitting my goals! I also really like the gratitude section, as a gratitude practice is also important to me. The only thing I would change would be to move the monthly overviews from the beginning to interspersed throughout the weeks. Overall, I highly recommend this planner!
