These planners are gorgeous - I love the segments at the start where you can list out all the acts of self love that make you feel great, I go back and pick a few out for my day each morning and remind myself that simple things like fresh air count! Self care doesn’t need to be over orchestrated. The planner is beautiful and super supportive, best one I’ve ever used!

I’ve used my daily planner for just over a month now. To put it shortly, I love it! I love the latte color and the simple design and clean type. I know there are SO many planners on the market but if you’re picky like me and things like type, layout, physical feel, layout, details of the planner, etc. I would 100% recommend this. It not only satisfies my desire for a beautiful planner but also helps me prioritize on my wellness. I can track my water intake, my daily movement, meals, monthly intentions, personal and work to-do, and much more. It’s been such a great tool for me to practice self care because I’m not just tracking these habits in my mind anymore.
