Simple Self Self Care Planner
I am a first year Medical Student and this planner has helped me tremendously not only with staying on top of my work but also ensuring I take care of myself to remain in balance physically, mentally and spiritually. Tracking my habits has never been easier. I highly recommend!

Becoming a Game-Changer
I have never been one to keep to a journal or planner, but I’ve always wanted to be that person. Although I haven’t yet filled out everything, I have started to form a routine around it and am actually using it regularly. This is unheard of for me! The water and goal tracker aspect is AMAZING. But my favorite thing that is completely unique from other planners is that the “months” sections for planning and reflecting have their own category and aren’t spaced in between the weeks. So if I forget to do a week, it’s not like those pages are now unusable. Absolutely brilliant!
