Love the Balance book!
Keeps me organized very well! As a vet, a lot is happening at once so I like to leave this on my desk & write down to do”a that pop up throughout the day anytime I revisit my desk. I can use this as my only planner or in conjunction with my main simple self planner. I must admit I still skip self care some days, but this helps me achieve it more often & self reflect & grow along the way.
I had to figure out how to use this notebook every day and I got acclimated after 2 weeks. I developed a routine that works for me. I set up my day the night before with thoughtful intention about balance. This book has sharpened my decision to prioritize and say NO. But it also makes me proud of myself that I am completing the personal self care activities and managing my energy which fuels my creativity. I love it! I would recommend this to any cancer survivor making lifestyle changes to prevent recurrence!
