I Simply LOVE Simple Self

I was given a 3-month sample by my sister-in-law. She knows I’m into things like this and she wasn’t going to use it. I tried it out and knew it was a forever-sort of relationship. Helpful and Inspirational Product

Really nice production quality, I looked forward to using and it has not disappointed: -it was very interesting to look back on the week and see what my focus was; this helped me realize that I was too focused on work overall -it definitely made me want to drink more water; good place for food logging as well, I think it helped me avoid some snacks -possible improvement would be a checkbox for meditation daily

Highly Recommend!

I work constantly and have tried everything I could to set time aside for myself. This is something I make sure I do once I wake up and make a coffee and do a quick morning meditation. At the end of the night I finish the rest and take a moment to reflect on my day. Why was I stressed out today and what can I do to maximize my potential tomorrow so I will not be as stressed tomorrow.
