I was given a 3-month sample by my sister-in-law. She knows I’m into things like this and she wasn’t going to use it. I tried it out and knew it was a forever-sort of relationship. Really nice production quality, I looked forward to using and it has not disappointed: -it was very interesting to look back on the week and see what my focus was; this helped me realize that I was too focused on work overall -it definitely made me want to drink more water; good place for food logging as well, I think it helped me avoid some snacks -possible improvement would be a checkbox for meditation daily

I work constantly and have tried everything I could to set time aside for myself. This is something I make sure I do once I wake up and make a coffee and do a quick morning meditation. At the end of the night I finish the rest and take a moment to reflect on my day. Why was I stressed out today and what can I do to maximize my potential tomorrow so I will not be as stressed tomorrow.

i love this tracker! the layout is so clean and effective, and it has all the necessities for mind/body improvement. i have found it is so useful for setting intentions in the morning and reflecting in the evening—two things i’ve never done before. i’m looking forward to trying out other simple self products in the future, because this has been a pleasure to use!
