I am an occupational therapist and not only love this planner to use for myself, but am so excited to use this planner in helping my clients organize and create a self care routine that is rooted in compassion for themselves and their wellness. Love this planner!! I’m excited to use it every day. I would love to see some month tabs (ordered some cute ones from Etsy to add to my planner). It would be helpful to have a string or two for the day and week but I realize that’s hard with this type of spiral binding. I do LOVE how the gold looks with the yellow. I’m just using paper clips to save my day and that works fine. The only other things I would add is some lined pages to journal, also a larger gratitude section. Overall very happy with this planner and will purchase again!
The set up for the planner is perfect to keep you on track in your day. It has everything you’ll need to be organized!
I love this planner! I love the layout, the daily/monthly spreads, and the dotted pages in between each week. I just wish it were 12 months instead of 6 but then this planner would be huge. So I understand the need for only 6 months at a time.
I loved my Self-Care planner so much that I bought one for nearly everyone in my family for Christmas. I not only love the inclusive format, but also the separation between work and personal goals. I have never thought about self care more than I have since I've started using this planner. It took a while to set up to my liking, with all the maps and vision boards, but it's worth putting in the time to have all that information written down to carry with you everywhere. I only wish the health tracker in the back was a few pages longer, but otherwise it's perfect for me.
